Boyle Wanted For Next Bond Film
Fresh off his Oscar win for “Slumdog Millionaire”, director Danny Boyle has been approached by James Bond producers to helm the franchise’s 23rd installment. A source close to
Britain’s The Sun newspaper said, “He has been offered the chance to direct the next Bond film by (Bond producer) Barbara (Broccoli). Everyone on the Eon team thinks Danny would be the perfect addition to the Bond family.” However Boyle, who is a huge Bond fan, says he has no plans in the future to direct a Bond film, although he is flattered that he was thought of.
